Bajaj Consumer Care: Director Appointed, Another Resigns

Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd announced changes in its board of directors during a meeting held on October 14, 2026. The company approved the appointment of Mr. Jitendra Ananda Mahajan as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive, Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. K. S. Narayanan resigned as Non-Executive, Independent Director due to personal medical reasons and professional commitments.
