Afloat Enterprises Limited (formerly Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited) announced significant management changes following a Board Meeting on October 14, 2026. Mr. Pawan Kumar Mittal, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and Ms. Anshu Aggarwal, CEO, CFO, and KMP, have resigned due to personal reasons. The company has appointed Ms. Seema Kushwaha as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and Mr. Ashish Kumar as the new CEO and KMP, both effective October 14, 2026.
