Bajaj Finance Ltd announced the allotment of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The Debenture Allotment Committee approved the issuance of 5,30,500 NCDs, with a face value of ₹1 Lakh each, aggregating to ₹5,306.57 Crore. The issuance is divided into two options: Option I comprises 4,00,000 NCDs totaling ₹4,001.37 Crore with a tenure of 1172 days and a coupon rate of 7.70% p.a. Option II includes 1,30,500 NCDs amounting to ₹1,305.20 Crore, with a tenure of 3651 days and a coupon rate of 7.79% p.a. These debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited. The issuance is secured by a first pari-passu charge on book debts/loan receivables.
