The loan is under the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) and is intended to meet the company's working capital and business operation requirements. The loan agreement was executed on July 4, 2026, with a sanction letter dated June 22, 2026. The loan is secured by a 100% guarantee from NCGTC and charges on existing and newly created assets.
