Bajaj Finserv: Dividend of ₹1.50/Share; Record Date 30 June 2026

Bajaj Finserv Ltd's board approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026 and recommended a dividend of ₹1.50 (150%) per equity share (face value of Re. 1), including a special payout of ₹0.20 (20%) to celebrate 100 years of Bajaj Group. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be credited/dispatched by 4 August 2026. The record date for determining eligibility for the dividend is set as 30 June 2026. The 19th Annual General Meeting will be held on 31 July 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of KKC & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval.
