Rajiv Bajaj to Step Down from Bajaj Finserv Board

Shri Rajiv Bajaj will not continue as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Bajaj Finserv Ltd. effective July 31, 2026. He has cited increased responsibilities at Bajaj Auto Ltd., including the establishment of Bajaj Auto Technology Ltd. and Bajaj Auto Credit Ltd., and the recent acquisition of KTM, as reasons for reducing his commitments. Consequently, he has chosen not to seek re-election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 31, 2026. The Board has acknowledged his decision and expressed gratitude for his contributions.
