Bajaj Housing Finance Approves Audited FY26 Results

Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, during its meeting on April 27, 2026. The results were prepared according to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). The audit report submitted has an unmodified opinion. The board also approved other items including details as per Regulation 52(4), a press release on financial performance, a security cover certificate, statements as per Regulation 52(7) and (7A), a certificate from the CFO on the use of commercial paper proceeds, a statement of related party transactions, and disclosures for debt security issuances by large entities. The 18th Annual General Meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.
