Bajel Projects Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, BAJEL T AND D PROJECTS AND CONTRACTING - L.L.C - S.P.C, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on July 18, 2026. The subsidiary, with an initial share capital of AED 100,000, will focus on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects related to power transmission, power distribution, and allied infrastructure in the UAE. This move aims to strengthen the company's presence in the Middle East market. The incorporation is in line with applicable laws, and necessary approvals have been obtained. Bajel Projects Limited will hold a 100% stake in the new entity.
