Balaji Telefilms Ltd's board re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP as Internal Auditors and Chhawchharia & Associates as Tax Auditors for FY 2026-27. The board also approved the continuation of Ms. Priyanka Chaudhary as a Non-Executive Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting.
