Balgopal Commercial Appoints New Directors, Proposes Name Change

Balgopal Commercial Ltd announced board approvals for the appointment of Mr. Amit Bharat Agrawal and Mr. Prakash Shyamsundar Modi as Independent Directors, and Mr. Premkumar Pawankumar Goyal as a Non-Executive Director. The appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
