Balgopal Commercial Ltd to change name to Dreamax Enterprises Limited

Balgopal Commercial Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the proposal to change the company's name to "Dreamax Enterprises Limited". This follows the receipt of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Registrar of Companies (ROC) for the name reservation and an NOC from M/s Dreamax Developers Private Limited, the trademark proprietor. The board also approved increasing the authorized share capital from ₹24 Crores to ₹32 Crores and appointed three new directors: Mr. Amit Bharat Agrawal and Mr. Prakash Shyamsundar Modi as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, and Mr. Premkumar Pawankumar Goyal as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. The company will seek shareholder approval for these changes at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
