Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has appointed M/s. KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP as its Internal Auditor for three financial years: 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. This appointment is subject to a yearly review. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting that resumed on September 16, 2026.
