The appointment is for a term of five consecutive financial years. Mrs. Kataria is a Practising Company Secretary with over 16 years of experience in secretarial audits for listed entities, covering corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and FEMA regulations. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the Companies Act, 2013.
