Swadeshi Industries Promoter Group Acquires 22.53% via Preferential Issue

Jayshree Sharma and the Promoter Group of Swadeshi Industries & Leasing Ltd have acquired 52,10,000 shares, representing 22.53% of the total share capital, through a preferential issue. This acquisition increases their total holding from 37,83,571 shares (34.97%) to 89,93,571 shares (38.89%). The transaction was completed via a preferential allotment, with the date of receipt of trading approval being 22.10.2026. The total equity share capital of the company increased from 1,08,17,950 shares to 2,31,27,950 shares post-acquisition.
