Jatinkumar Tulsibhai Patel, Managing Director of Emrock Corporation Limited, has acquired 17,93,712 equity shares, representing 6.24% of the total paid-up capital. The acquisition occurred on November 3, 2026, through the conversion of warrants into equity shares. Following this transaction, Mr. Patel's total holding, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), stands at 70,09,684 equity shares, which is 24.38% of the company's total paid-up capital.
