Emrock Corp Allots 74.35 Lakh Equity Shares on Warrant Conversion

Emrock Corporation Ltd announced the allotment of 74,35,491 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 1 per share. This allotment is a result of the conversion of warrants, with the company receiving Rs. 6,13,42,800.75 at Rs. 8.25 per warrant (75% of the issue price). This conversion increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 21.32 Crore (2,13,20,000 shares) to Rs. 28.75 Crore (2,87,55,491 shares). The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares, pending corporate actions and listing approvals.
