Balmer Lawrie Appoints Statutory Auditors for FY26-27

Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. Gopal Sharma & Co. as Statutory Auditors and M/s. N PV & Associates LLP, M/s. P S Subramania Iyer & Co., and M/s. S NR & Company as Branch Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. The appointments were made based on the intimation received from the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) and were taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 2, 2026. The Board meeting also involved discussions on other inter-alia matters, with the meeting resuming and concluding later the same day.
