Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relative of Designated Persons" and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results (both standalone and consolidated) for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026.
