Trualt Bioenergy Promoter Group Acquires Shares Worth ₹4.36 Cr

Nirani Holdings Private Limited (NHPL), a promoter group shareholder of TruAlt Bioenergy Ltd, has acquired an additional 91,705 equity shares from the open market. The acquisition, valued at approximately ₹4.36 crore at an average price of ₹476.14 per share, was executed on August 7, 2026. This transaction increases NHPL's stake in the company from 1.45% (12,45,430 shares) to 1.56% (13,37,135 shares). The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, with Form C submitted to the company.
