Trualt Bioenergy Promoter Group Acquires 91,705 Shares

Nirani Holdings Private Limited (NHPL), a promoter group shareholder of TruAlt Bioenergy Ltd, has acquired an additional 91,705 equity shares from the open market. The acquisition, made at an average price of ₹476.14 per share, amounts to a total transaction value of ₹4,36,64,418. This purchase has increased NHPL's stake in the company from 1.45% to 1.56%. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
