Bandaram Pharma Postpones AGM to Sep 24, 2026

Bandaram Pharma Packtech Ltd has announced the postponement and rescheduling of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2025-26. The AGM was initially planned for September 18, 2026, but has been moved to Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The decision to postpone was made due to certain circumstances and approved by the Board via a Circular Resolution. The cut-off date for determining eligibility to attend the AGM is September 17, 2026. The company has also submitted its Annual Report for FY 2025-26 along with the AGM notice.
