The report, forming part of the Integrated Annual Report, details the bank's corporate identity, registered and corporate addresses, and contact information for queries. It confirms the reporting is on a standalone basis as the bank has no subsidiaries or associate companies. The report also outlines the bank's business activities, which are 100% in banking products and services, serving 31.8 million customers across retail and wholesale segments. Operations are spread across 6,793 locations nationwide, including branches and ATMs. The report also provides employee details as of FY2025-26, with 75,397 permanent employees, of which 88% are male and 12% are female.
