Mr. Udit Ravindra Toshniwal, a member of the promoter group of Banswara Syntex Limited, has disclosed the sale of 6,861 equity shares, representing 0.02% of the company's total paid-up capital. The transaction occurred in the open market. Following the sale, Mr. Toshniwal's holding in the company has reduced from 0.13% to 0.11%. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
