Banswara Syntex Re-appoints Chairman, MD, and Directors

Banswara Syntex Ltd announced the re-appointment of key management personnel and directors following its 50th Annual General Meeting held on July 30, 2026. Mr. Rakesh Mehra has been re-appointed as Chairman and Whole-Time Director, Mr. Ravindrakumar Toshniwal as Vice-Chairman and Whole-Time Director, and Mr. Shaleen Toshniwal as Managing Director. All three will serve for a period of 3 years, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029. Additionally, Mr. Udeypaul Singh Gill has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for an initial term of 5 years, from May 20, 2026, to May 19, 2031. These re-appointments and appointments were approved by shareholders with the requisite majority.
