Federal Bank Announces 95th AGM on Aug 21, 2026; Sets Record Date for Dividend

Federal Bank Ltd has announced its 95th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 21, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The bank will submit its Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the Notice of the AGM. The Record Date for determining eligibility for the Final Dividend for FY 2025-26 has been fixed as August 14, 2026. The proposed final dividend is ₹1.20 per equity share. The AGM agenda includes adopting financial statements, approving the final dividend, and re-appointing the Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Krishnan Venkat Subramanian. Electronic voting will be available from August 18 to August 20, 2026.
