Federal Bank reported a robust Q4 FY26 performance with net profit reaching ₹1,259.10 crore, a 20.93% sequential growth. The full financial year net profit stood at ₹4,117.32 crore. The bank achieved significant milestones as both NR deposits and CASA balances surpassed ₹1 lakh crore. NR deposits grew 7.04% QoQ, and CASA ratio improved to 32.94%. Asset quality reached record lows with GNPA at 1.62% and NNPA at 0.20%. Return on Assets (RoA) hit 1.36% and Net Interest Margin (NIM) reached 3.74%, reclaiming pre-rate cut levels. Fee income surged by 10.54% QoQ to ₹990.92 crore. The bank also launched its wealth management offering and expanded its network by adding 39 new branches.
