Baron Infotech Limited has received approval from the Registrar of Companies, Telangana, to extend the deadline for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26. The extension grants an additional three months, pushing the new deadline to December 29, 2026. This development is in continuation of previous disclosures regarding the company's Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
