Baron Infotech Monitoring Committee Meeting Held

Baron Infotech Limited held its 4th Monitoring Committee meeting on October 22, 2026. The committee reviewed and approved various statutory and compliance matters related to SEBI LODR Regulations. Additionally, deliberations took place concerning interim orders from the Hon'ble NCLAT, Chennai Bench, dated October 1, 2026, pertaining to an appeal filed by an unsuccessful Resolution Applicant.
