Baron Infotech withdraws Record Date due to NCLAT status quo order

Baron Infotech Ltd has announced the withdrawal of its previously fixed Record Date of October 6, 2026. This decision follows an oral order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Chennai Bench, on October 1, 2026, directing the maintenance of status quo. The company had initially set the Record Date on September 23, 2026. The withdrawal is effective immediately and will remain in place until further notice from the NCLAT. A revised Record Date will be communicated to the stock exchange once the necessary directions are received and regulatory formalities are completed.
