
Baron Infotech: NCLAT Orders Status Quo on Resolution Plan Appeal
Baron Infotech Limited has announced a continuation of its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) disclosures. Following the Hon'ble NCLT, Hyderabad Bench's approval of Innopark India Pvt Ltd's Resolution Plan on September 8, 2026, an unsuccessful Resolution Applicant, Mr. Vivek Kumar Ratakonda, filed an appeal with the Hon'ble NCLAT, Chennai Bench. The NCLAT heard the submissions on October 1, 2026, and orally ordered a status quo as of that date. Further hearings for the Resolution Professional, Committee of Creditors, and Successful Resolution Applicant are scheduled from November 3 to November 6, 2026. The company is currently not operational, and any delay in appeal disposal will postpone the revival of the Corporate Debtor. Written orders from the NCLAT are pending.
