Avio Smart Market Stack Signs MoU with Tripura Govt for Freeze-Drying Facility

Avio Smart Market Stack Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tripura to establish a state-of-the-art freeze-drying facility for fruits and vegetables. This project, titled "A Freeze-Drying Initiative on Fruits and Vegetables for Tripura," is expected to create approximately 1,300 jobs (500 direct, 800 indirect), strengthen the state's agri-value chains, and enhance market access for farmers. The facility aims to reduce post-harvest losses by improving the shelf life and marketability of local produce, thereby increasing farmer incomes and contributing to Tripura's agricultural economy. The MoU was signed during the Destination Tripura Business Conclave 2026.
