Bata India Ltd: Sanjay S. Rao Appointed MD & Director

Bata India Limited announced that its members have approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjay S. Rao as a Director and Whole-time Director at the 93rd Annual General Meeting held on August 12, 2026. Furthermore, Mr. Rao has been appointed as the Managing Director for a term not exceeding five years, commencing October 1, 2026, up to August 23, 2031.
