Batliboi Ltd Secures ₹52 Cr Pollution Equipment Contract from SAEL Industries

Batliboi Ltd announced it has secured a significant work order from SAEL Industries Limited for the Design, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of pollution equipment. This contract is for SAEL's upcoming Solar Cell Manufacturing facility in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh. The project involves supplying a PEX System for SAEL's 6GW Solar Cell Line 3 and is expected to be commissioned within the next 6 to 8 months. The total value of this domestic contract is Rs. 52 crores. Neither Batliboi's promoters nor group companies have any interest in SAEL Industries, and the transaction is not a related party transaction.
