ACME Solar Signs 300 MW Hybrid PPA with SECI

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd, through its wholly-owned subsidiary ACME Renewtech Fifth Private Limited, has executed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI). The agreement is for a 300 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid project under Hybrid Tranche IX, with a tariff of ₹3.25 per unit. The project is scheduled to commence supply by June 30, 2028, with a tenure of 25 years from that date. This PPA increases ACME Solar's PPA-signed portfolio to 6,870 MW out of a total contracted portfolio of 8,070 MW. The company will supply power at a minimum annual capacity utilization factor (CUF) of 30%.
