Bayer AG, a promoter of Bayer CropScience Ltd, has acquired 22,07,917 equity shares, increasing its stake. The transaction, valued at INR 91,42,030, was executed on July 8, 2026, via a block deal mechanism on the NSE. This inter-se transfer resulted in Bayer AG's shareholding increasing from 37,88,49,178 shares (8.43% of paid-up capital) to 37,88,71,249 shares (8.43% of paid-up capital). The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 7(2)(a) and 7(2)(b) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
