Bayer AG Acquires 11.91% Stake in Bayer CropScience via Block Deal

Bayer AG has acquired 53,54,030 equity shares, representing 11.91% of the total paid-up share capital, in Bayer CropScience Limited from Bayer CropScience AG. This transaction, executed on July 8, 2026, through a block deal mechanism, is an inter-se transfer of shares among promoter group members. Bayer AG's shareholding in Bayer CropScience Limited increased from 8.43% to 20.34% post-acquisition.
