B.C. Power Controls Declares Un-audited Standalone Results for Q1 FY27

B.C. Power Controls Ltd announced its standalone un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results along with the Auditor's Limited Review Report. Additionally, the company re-appointed Mr. Chander Shekhar Jain as Managing Director for a five-year term starting August 14, 2026, and Mr. Nitin Aggarwal as Whole Time Director for a five-year term starting February 14, 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
