BCL Enterprises Ltd Appoints Ms. Sonika Aggarwal as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, Resignation of Statutory Auditor, and Appointment of New Statutory and Internal Auditors

BCL Enterprises Ltd has appointed Ms. Sonika Aggarwal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. The company has also announced the resignation of their Statutory Auditor, M/s. Sandeep Kumar Singh & Co., and the appointment of M/s. G HR & CO, Chartered Accountants as the new Statutory Auditor. Additionally, M/s U. Shanker & Associates, Chartered Accountants have been appointed as the new Internal Auditor. The company has also approved a proposal to raise funds by way of a loan, which can be convertible into equity shares of the Company, in accordance with the terms of an loan agreement(s) which are to be executed with the relevant parties.
