BCL Enterprises Ltd. Revises Date of 2nd EGM for FY 2025-26

BCL Enterprises Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors has approved the revision in the date of the 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for the Financial Year 2025-26. The revision is intended to provide additional time for finalizing documents, completing compliances, and incorporating additional information in the Notice of EGM. The new date for the 2nd EGM is Thursday, March 19, 2026, and it will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
