BCL Industries: Trading window closes Oct 1 for Q2 FY27 results

BCL Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. This closure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, applies to promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The company has also adhered to SEBI circulars regarding freezing PANs for designated persons. The date for the Board Meeting to declare the Q2 FY27 results will be intimated subsequently.
