Agribio Spirits Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-yearly ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will take place at the company's corporate office in Jaipur. Concurrently, the trading window for company securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the public disclosure of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations.
