Sunflag Iron & Steel Board Meeting on Nov 13 to Approve Q2 Results

Sunflag Iron & Steel Company Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter (Q-2) and Half Year (H-1) ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also review the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and the Cash Flow Statement, both standalone and consolidated. Additionally, the company has informed that the trading window for its securities will remain closed until November 15, 2026, for designated persons, in line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
