Beezaasan Explotech Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the financial results for the half-year ended March 31, 2026 become generally available. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the financial results is yet to be intimated.
