Belrise Industries Recommends Final Dividend of ₹0.55 per Share

Belrise Industries Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.55 (11%) per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report.
