Belrise Industries Recommends Joint Statutory Auditors Appointment

Belrise Industries Ltd's Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Audit Committee, has proposed the appointment of M/s. Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates and M/s. Rathi Rathi and Co. as Joint Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a five-year term, commencing from the Financial Year 2026-27 to 2030-31, and will be effective from the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting. This move follows the expiry of the current auditor's term and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
