Promoter Group's Sri Ramachandra Enterprises Pvt Ltd Transfers Shares to Mohta Capital Pvt Ltd in Bemco Hydraulics Ltd

The Exchange has received a disclosure under Regulation 29(1) & 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 from Bemco Hydraulics Ltd. Sri Ramachandra Enterprises Pvt Ltd, a promoter group, has transferred 11061940 shares to Mohta Capital Pvt Ltd. This transfer represents 25.29% of the total voting rights and total diluted capital of Bemco Hydraulics Ltd. The transfer was made as per the merger order passed by NCLT.
