BEML Land Assets appoints Smt Rolley M. Varma as Govt Nominee Director

BEML Land Assets Ltd. has announced the appointment of Smt Rolley M. Varma as a Government Nominee Director (Part-time Non-executive) to its Board, effective April 27, 2026. Her appointment was made by the President of India. Smt Varma, a Science Graduate with a Masters in Journalism, joined the IOFS cadre in 1994 and currently serves as Head of Indigenisation Division, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence. She brings over 32 years of extensive experience from various government capacities, including financial, vigilance, media, and policy matters, across multiple ministries and commissions. She has confirmed no debarment from holding a directorship.
