Bengal & Assam Company Ltd has disclosed an inter-se transfer of 2,99,815 equity shares (2.63%) among members of the Vikrampati Singhania HUF. The transfer, executed via off-market trade on September 29, 2026, involved no consideration. Vikrampati Singhania (Karta) transferred shares to Vikrampati Singhania (2,84,815 shares) and Avani Singhania (15,000 shares). Following this, the Vikrampati Singhania HUF's holding becomes NIL, and Vikrampati Singhania ceases to be a constituent of the Promoter Group. The total holding of Vikrampati Singhania and Avani Singhania post-transfer is 3,63,417 shares, representing 3.19% of the total equity.
