YPL Enterprises Pvt Ltd Increases Stake in Bengal & Assam Company Ltd

YPL Enterprises Pvt Ltd (YEPL) has increased its shareholding in Bengal & Assam Company Limited (Target Company) from 17.14% to 22.57%. This increase of 5.44% is due to a Composite Scheme of Arrangement becoming effective on October 12, 2026. As part of the scheme, the paper trading business and investments of Nav Bharat Vanijya Limited (NBVL) and the holdings of Accurate Finman Services Ltd, Sidhivinayak Trading and Investment Ltd, J.K. Credit & Finance Limited, and Pranav Investment (M.P.) Company Limited have been transferred to and vested with YEPL. The total number of equity shares acquired by YEPL is 6,19,820.
