BF Utilities Appoints Ajay Kirtane as Independent Director

BF Utilities Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ajay Kirtane as a Non-Executive, Independent Director. The appointment, effective September 7, 2026, was approved by the company's members through a special resolution via postal ballot. Mr. Kirtane brings over 34 years of experience in financial management, debt syndication, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.
